Owner/CEO
Phil Miller built his reputation from the ground up, starting as a carpenter on Martha’s Vineyard in the late 1970s and growing into a trusted builder across Cape Cod and the surrounding coastal areas. With decades of hands-on experience and formal training from Wentworth, his work has always been rooted in precision, durability, and craftsmanship.
Over the years, Phil has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality results, combining technical expertise with strong local relationships and a commitment to doing things the right way. His background in residential construction, wood framing, and finish carpentry continues to influence every project today.
At Edgartown Flooring, Phil brings that same level of care and attention to detail into every installation, ensuring each floor is built to perform and last, especially in the unique conditions of coastal homes.

With a foundation in the trades and over a decade of hands-on experience, Colin Smith brings a strong blend of technical expertise and client-focused guidance to every project.
A graduate of Upper Cape Tech in the electrical trade, he developed an early appreciation for precision, performance, and craftsmanship. He later expanded into masonry, building a well-rounded understanding of both structure and long-term durability.
Today, as Sales Manager at Edgartown Flooring, Colin specializes in helping clients choose the right flooring solutions and ensuring each project is executed with attention to detail from start to finish.
